MediaDays 2026 · “Reconnect”
Request press accreditation
Accreditation gives access to the three MediaDays 2026 events, to their conferences and to the online press room. It is free and open until 15 December 2026.
Who can be accredited
Accreditation is open to professional journalists, to online, radio, television and print newsrooms, to photographers and film crews, and to bloggers and podcasters with a professional audience in the sectors covered: media, advertising, marketing, audio, video, data and media technology. It is not intended for communication agencies, corporate press offices or suppliers attending to prospect. For them, visitor registration is open and free of charge.
Supporting documents
Any one of the following three is enough:
- a valid press card;
- a letter from your newsroom stating that you are covering the event;
- three bylined articles published in the past twelve months.
Photographers and film crews should also give the name of the commissioning outlet. A request with none of these documents cannot be processed.
What accreditation gives you
- Access to all areas and conferences of the events you request.
- The full press kit and high-resolution visuals.
- The possibility of requesting an interview with a partner or a speaker, arranged by the press contact and subject to availability.
- Access to your personal online press room, where you can report a published article, a story in progress or an interview request.
Press releases themselves can be read freely in the press room, without accreditation.
Accreditation does not give access to partners' commercial data, and it does not allow canvassing visitors or partners on site.
After your request
You receive an immediate acknowledgement. Your request is reviewed within 72 working hours, and the answer reaches you by e-mail. If a document is missing, we will tell you: your request stays open and you only need to reply to our message. Accreditation is open until 15 December 2026, with no earlier cut-off. Applying early is still better: it gives us time to arrange the interviews you want.

A cloakroom and a press room are available at each of the three events. The press desk will tell you where they are and when they are open.
At all three events, the So Media video podcast studio is the easiest place to get a recorded interview: speakers come through during the day. In Paris it sits in the Foyer, at the entrance, and is the edition's third conference space.
